Acadia National Park has over 120 miles of trails to choose from of varying difficulties, terrain, and scenic views! Take a guided hike with us if you want to experience one of Acadia’s classic trails with beautiful scenic views. See below for options.

Looking for gentle, mostly flat terrain along the shore or in quiet meadows and forests? Choose from three easy hikes that explore Acadia’s natural wonders. Each offer a unique setting and mild terrain suitable for all ages.

ᨒ Moderate hiking

Ready to climb a mountain and take in breathtaking costal scenery? These hikes get you to the summit of some of Acadia’s most impressive mountains, each with a distinctive view of the nearby ocean and Acadia National Park.

ᨒ Adventure hiking

Looking for something truly out of the ordinary? Choose from two of the most dramatic trails in the National Parks system. More than your average trail, these unique hikes ascend spectacular, ocean-side mountains via a series of strategically placed iron-rung ladders and handrails that ingeniously connect natural ledge systems.

Details: Participants must provide their own mode of transportation and have a National Park Pass. Once your hike is confirmed, your guide will contact you for additional details about where to meet and what to bring.


Interested in the Cadillac Sunrise Hike?
The Cadillac Sunrise Hike starts at 3am and takes you up to the summit of Cadillac Mountain for the first daybreak (usually between 5 - 6am). The hike is appropriate for beginner to intermediate level hikers. Children are welcome. Click here for more information.
