Atlantic Climbing School (ACS) is a full service climbing guide service based in Acadia National Park. For 23 years ACS has specialized in small, custom guided and instructional courses on rock, ice and snow. These small courses are ideal for individuals, couples, families, and groups. With our focused curriculum, at ACS we orchestrate climbing courses that routinely exceed our client’s expectations.
For over two decade Atlantic Climbing School has been Maine’s premier climbing guide service, specializing in small, custom rock and ice climbing courses in Acadia National Park, Camden, Maine and beyond. ACS is one of just 30 programs in the U.S. accredited by the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA). ALL of our staff are certified by the AMGA as either Rock Guides, Rock Instructors or Single Pitch Instructors, and we are proud to be the ONLY guide service in Maine to have this distinction
